Vista & LLumar Lifetime Warranty

We offer a 5 year, 7 year, 10 year, and a Limited Lifetime Warranty, which will cover fading, bubbling, cracking, peeling, and delaminating of residential and commercial Vista/Llumar Films. The manufacturer also offers a 60 month thermal stress glass breakage warranty.

Unfortunately, the lifetime warranty does not cover personal damage to the window film. Vista window films offers one of the best warranties in the industry; it protects against thermal stress, seal failure, and film failure.

These warranties are extended to the original purchaser. These products are warranted by the manufacturer against bubbling, crazing, delaminating, demetallizing, discoloring, and peeling when properly installed in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions on suitable INTERIOR surfaces of glass windows by a duly authorized dealer. If the film fails to comply with this warranty, the manufacturer will replace the non-conforming or defective film (labor and materials) at no cost to the consumer. For applications requiring sealant, Film-On™ installation solution is recommended. An edge sealant is required for re-installation if the warranty replacement should be necessary because of corrosion issues.
